Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Clients' personal data (audit reports, forms) is stored separately on Supabase in the eu-west-3 region (Paris, France) with AES-256 encryption.

The site was designed and developed in-house by Dalia BOUTAMDJA, founder of ScanRGPD.fr.

5. Data Protection Officer (DPO)

Although appointing a DPO is not mandatory for this organisation (Article 37 GDPR: no large-scale processing, no large-scale processing of special categories of data, not a public authority), a dedicated contact point is available for any question relating to the protection of personal data:
